Booking Policy
This deposit is required to confirm your appointment. This deposit will also go towards your future spa purchases.
Those who arrive 15 minutes late will automatically cancel their appointment and lose their deposit.
Please note that once you have booked an appointment we reserve that time in our schedule exclusively for you.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours before a scheduled appointment will be processed and you will qualify for the $50 refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment will lose the $50 deposit.
Deposits will be held on file for a maximum of 6 months.
